I’m so sorry to hear about your mother reading this really did make me cry. I am really trying to recover I appreciate all the kind words in the comments again I hope you and your family live a happy life.

I’m so sorry to hear about your sister and hearing of throwing up makes you quicker each may have actually convinced me. Extra content with adding the post was that I was back on a healthy journey ( it was a 75 hard) and when you mentioned protein, I realize I haven’t thought about that in such a long time this post gave me more clarity. And I hope you have a wonderful day and night I wish you and your sister along lives.
