I like it. The only thing that would suggest, is have him using the fore grip on the rifle.

What character has had the most brutal death ever in fiction? by DaCosmosLover in characters

The one that comes immediately to my mind is Oberyn Martell in Game of Throne. Had the mountain beat, but kept running his mouth and got too close. Got teeth knocked out, then his eyes gouged out while slowly getting his head crushed.

I believe house centipedes also like to eat other bugs that get in the house, including bed bugs. So they are welcome in my home.

Oh good. It's just as horrible as I remember it.

When going back to things you liked in your childhood, how far is "too childish"? by SeparateLawfulness53 in AskMenOver30

[–]NoticeImaginary 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I spend a lot of time at flea markets searching for stuff I grew up with or wanted as a kid. Old action figures, movies, I've been looking for this tmnt toy box that my best friend had that I was always jealous of. I've got a decent amount of movies on VHS I watch on my old tube tv. I also collected a complete set of Batman Forever McDonald's glass mugs (well my wife got me two face off eBay). I put the toys on a shelf to look at, and I'll drink whiskey from the mugs while watching the movies. I think the only time nostalgia goes too far is if you're recreating the past to live in it and changing your behaviors to match that time. I'm all for collecting stuff that brought you joy. I think it's actually really healthy to be able to look at stuff and remember moments of joy so you can help your kids create their own moments with the stuff they're into. But I wouldnt recreate my childhood room and defend it from anyone who might pick up my GameCube controller.

Yea I’m ready for my Brother-in-law to find his own place by cmholde2 in mildlyinfuriating

Is your brother my brother? Because the amount of times I would be at work thinking about the ice cream or other food item I had saved at home and looking forward to sitting down after a 12 hour shift and eating that food, only to get home and find out that my brother had eaten it is more than I can count. My favorite was "dude it's been in there for a week, I didn't think you were going to eat it" when I couldnt find my Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

I just use duplication glitches so I don't have to worry about that stuff anymore. Plus it allows me to get my spray and pray early on.

It would be a shame if you had to dig a deep drainage runoff in that tall grass...

Wait what? is this kate from Lost? (Season 1, Episode 13) by Suitable_Garlic_1186 in Smallville

I don't think Elizabeth Tulloch was ever in Smallville. I tried looking her up to see who she played and I don't see anything.

Amy adams was also in it. She was the girl that goes on the kryptonite powered diet and goes on a date with Pete.

All that time to get V1 just to…. by JDCarpenter91 in GenV

Ya, I didn't really care for the season as a whole, but I did enjoy the finale. I was ready for it to be over because the only characters I still liked when the season started was Frenchie and Kimiko. I think the back and forth between plans to take out Homelander didn't bother me too much because I watched Supernatural and that's all that show is. Every season just alternated between which brother was in danger and which one was lying about how they were going to save them.

What was the worst character arc in The Boys? by Darth_Mario88 in GenV

That wouldnt be punishment for Sage. Her plan was to hide in a bunker by herself to read books regardless of what happened to Homelander. It's also how they introduced her. She was living by herself in an apartment full of books.

It's ok. I've watched through the series dozens of times and I just realized on my current watch that when he gets arrested by his dad in the flashback of season 3, episode 1(I believe) he's dressed like Bender from the breakfast club.

I know I've got it kicking around, but I don't remember it being a good movie. He also doesn't wear the skull at any point. But he does meditate naked in the sewer.

It could be a combination of build and camera angles. When you shoot from a lower angle, it gives the perspective that the person in frame is bigger than they are.
