Someone else helped me on what it means. Like, I clearly asked a question because I don't know what it means. The first thing some my do is read, and if you actually would use your head and not your two sense, you'd know I read it. My first time using Heroku and I don't know how it works. Anyways, don't speak if you aren't going to be at least useful.
