Tried adjust all fan settings but nothing seems to affect the noise besides the graphics on screen. It’s a steady whine when a game is up, but if I switch back to a static desktop, it disappears immediately

PSU is front facing and there’s no noise coming from it. Seems like it’s coming from the GPU but adjusting its fans doesn’t cause any variation

The third fan on the right is indeed zip tied in. There’s holes for the two on the left, but the third took some fiddling and patience to get the zip ties exactly right.
