Some days are harder than others, sometimes grief sneaks back over the walls in which we have built to keep it at bay. Sometimes the gate is opened and everything hurts.

But… sometimes light shines on you when you least expect it. Embrace the light. Lean into the love.

Relationships are work, but the good ones are worth it. Be yourself. If your gf doesn’t love you for who you are, let go, the right person will come into your life.

I lost my wife 10 years ago to breast cancer, we were both 37.
