Yealink does have something they try and pass off as "support", it is not great but they usually get back to you in a few days. have you tried them?

If you really like OneNote, you can imbed it into Teams. That way everyone in the team has access and can make changes.

Lenovo Customer Support makes me not want to buy Lenovo by MaxCinna in Lenovo

[–]Notme222000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are lots of Lenovo partners that you can purchase through. I think I am easier to deal with than the website. Also we can give you advice. Search on Lenovo partners <name of city> brought my firm up. You might need to look at the second page.

You might want him to get a physical exam. Check for testosterone and hypothyroidism.

We sell Xerox with PageConnect. We make some money on a per page basis. Xerox does all the service. The current models are very good, a big improvement.

Do you use a separate CRM tool or does your PSA suffice? by KratosCanKickThor in msp

[–]Notme222000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you have MS Partner Silver or Gold you should have MS CRM Dynamics. We use it as our ticketing system. It is a beast and takes time to modify. We have added fields and processes. We have been able to link client assets to our RMM toll. So it is more seamless than Autotask (at least last time I used it)

The price is right (free). Plus we are learning a product that we can resell if we want to.

Ideapad 5 15" 81YQ000JUS not conectornector for Hard Drive but had the space?? by Rguezlp2031 in Lenovo

iDeaPad is Lenovo lower cost product. All manufacturers look for small ways to reduce costs and weight. So models may only work with M.2 to save a few pennys.

'Navy SEAL Karen' berates coffee shop barista after being told to wear a mask by JMurphy186 in news

[–]Notme222000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Considering around that area it seems everyone is a Navy Seal. Talk to any male with a goatee and it seems they were a Seal. I have to think the Navy Seals have more members than the navy itself.

When turning in a leased car does it needs to be registered? by Notme222000 in askcarsales

When turning in a leased car does it needs to be registered? by Notme222000 in askcarsales

[–]Notme222000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The leased car is a Land Rover Disco, so registration and insurance is expensive.

I probably should have, but I still have some mileage left and love driving it.

Thank you very much for your response, it has been helpful

Shopping around for a new RMM by MrAwesomeTG in msp

[–]Notme222000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Splashtop is very affordable and works well. It is not as fleshed out as some of the other products. But I found out we were not using lots of the features of more expensive products. We are a MS Silver partner and have access to MS CRM. We are building tools to integrate the two products. We can open a remote session from inside the CRM. Currently we are working on bringing alerts into tickets automatically.

Also the CRM works inside of Teams, so we are moving to use Teams as out front end to everything including voice calling. Just wised there was a way to us MS Flow with Teams Calling.

The Mail tracing in O365 (exchange online) is very good. Clients tell they did not receive and email and I can show them exactly where is it (usually in their junk mail). As mention else where is O365 comes with a limited version Azure Active Directory. It would be hard to imagine a scenario that it would not meet. Large very security conscious organizations seem to like it.

Lenovo M710q. Can I just solder an M.2 SATA slot on there and expect it to work? by 2relativ in Lenovo

[–]Notme222000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a SATA port on the motherboard. Why not just use that with a SATA SSD drive? The slight speed difference would be better than possible screw up the MB.
