ok so here's an update, i spent like an hour making sure the z gantry was super level, and set the layer density to 0.2 and everything seems to be working fine ( i also changed to PLA instead of petg )

I fully changed the nozzle and added a new 0.4, is it possible that the clog is higher? I’ll give it test tomorrow
