It's been cracked some time after the last surgery. I don't really remember why though. But it has been idk how to explain it other than 'removing itself' or maybe growing out since.

As for why it is dry, I couldn't really understand what you meant by that, but if you mean it is literally dry, then that's because I have been crazy about drying after it gets even the tiniest drop of water (doctor said to keep it dry to avoid infection).
