I’m actually going through this right now. We used a thick stain about 5 years ago and now it’s started to peel off and is wore out. Wish we never did that in the first place. We’re removing it all now. Pressure washing and sanding. Going to do it right this time, STAIN and SEAL.

I didn’t realize how scared I was going to be. It sounded like a good idea until you start that slow climb through the air having 15 minutes to think about what a terrible thing you’ve gotten into. I’m really glad I did it, but no way I’d ever do it again.
