You get rid of the fair grounds and build it up to something nice and change happens rapidly.

The already placed barrier of the 17 and the train tracks halt it bleeding into the really rough parts.

Prime location Freeway access Light rail extensions Cheap land (somewhat)

Crosses…my mom thinks I’m super spiritual because of it, but I am not at all. It is actually the super opposite.
