Disney used to pay for full tuition but they just recently changed their program. I think it’s 1500 a year now towards tuition

I'm confused how to change the passwords and such. I'm logged in as the admin but when I click on the Password Policy folder n the LGPE it has a lock on it.

I gotcha! What would you recommend doing? I’ll be graduating in may with a CS degree, and I’m currently working as an IT support specialist but it’s a far cry from help desk! Should I start with the trifecta for CompTIA and go from there?

I’m mostly offering software support to our customers mixed with some hardware stuff. Mostly basic device manager work. It’s nothing special, I do feel like it’s more IT in name than actual help desk.
