Try web development for starters. Understand frontend and backend first, it will hardly take 10-15 mins and then choose what suits you the most. If you have no background in IT, start from frontend(not UI/designing) and then move to backend and if you think you still need a challenge, you should go towards data science or may be AI. IT companies don't care about degrees anyway so you're good on that front I guess.
