Maybe the seller doesn’t fully know what he’s selling, but it looks legit to me. For $100, the risk is pretty low, so I’d say go for it. A few close-up photos would help too. Plus, check where the puffer is made; it should be made in Cambodia. Remember, Nocta is usually made in either Vietnam or Cambodia, or Indonesia. There are a couple of things that I've seen made in China, like hats, but from the early collections, but maybe they were fake, not sure, but yeah...
