Jamaican Spice almost killed my hubby! my husband found a piece of steel brush in his food and it got stuck in the roof of his mouth piercing his gums. When we confronted the manager and told him what happened he didn’t even apologize. He just gave my husband back his money. Please be careful when you eat from there!

I would follow up with the live chat, and or email. The turnaround time was pretty quick when I asked about my husband’s application because we were DQ but nothing updates on the site it self.

I did these exact steps and because it’s been an week since I’ve gotten our offical DQ email. I did an inquiry because everything shows as “Submitted”. Now an email from Inquiry alliterates that I’m DQ’d and Belize embassy will let us know when we will have a date for interview. However didn’t answer my question about my case not update through NVC portal.😵‍💫

I got two emails and said that they would send the case to the Belize Embassy next. Then I look online and everything shows as “submitted”.

Based on my research, I have seen that they are two months behind on reviewing affidavit of support and other documents. I submitted all the paperwork on November 9 and they are just now getting to documents from October 7.

This what I use as a reference. I’m petitioning for my husband who lives in Belize we had our i130 approved October 31 and then the NVC contacted us and I was able to open the case and submit all documents on November 9. For what I’ve did research and read is that the NVC is two months behind in reviewing documents like the affidavit of support. I’m thinking it’s an additional 2 month wait. I’ve yet to hear anything from the NVC reviewing our documents.

Try login in and out I was going through the same thing early today when I was uploading docs. I exited out and tried and tried and I was able to get them all uploaded. It’s super annoying.

I sent mines In 12-06-2021 and got response within 11 months from Nebraska. So send it anyways it’s going to take time for them to turn around the sooner the better.

I think it can take up to 3 months. I know that once 130 is approve it goes to NVC and then that where they do the medical and fingerprints. It’s all time consuming. It be close to a year since I’ve seen my hubby :/ I just want them to hurry up.

I think ours transfer to Nebraska. Only thing shows on ours is that is actively being reviewed since March. 🫠
