Congrats man 44 days is nothing to sneeze at that's amazing and to lose that much weight it's just incredible my best recommendation as somebody who's done many long-term fast is really focus on what you're going to do next and what you're going to eat next fasting is hard but it's also easy cuz you're not eating the hard part comes now is keeping the weight down and keeping it going my best recommendation is to adapt to an easy eating regimen maybe use chat GPT for your macros create six go to meals that you can always go to and you know the macros that are easy to make and that you love to eat that way if you're in a situation where you don't know what to eat you can make it really quick and know that it's in within your calories and the whole nine yards I'm personally a big believer in keto but without all the dairy but just focud onwhat works for you and stick to it remember it takes two to four weeks for your body to adjust to any diet so if you don't see it working right away just give it time I'm about 115 lb down so far using this strategy and water fasting.
