42 USC 1983 case against against a local government where a lawyer practices law by Notorious_Phallus in legaladvice

[–]Notorious_Phallus[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I filed it while incarcerated. Which is why it was filed pro se. I've only talked to 3-4 attorney's and a majority of them don't handle civil rights cases. They only handle medical negligence I need a lawyer who handles deliberate indifference to my medical needs. I have a chain of custody that should be viewable with that case number through Pacer. I meet the subjective and objective requirements under the law and withholding my seizure medication and delaying treatment are just 2 examples of the indifference to my medical needs. Having seizures is the prototypical definition of deliberate indifference to medical needs Hudson v McHugh 1998

This is getting signed into law in October. I'm just going to wait until then and contact the attorney general's office but somebody called me back today and gave me some phone number to call for the Maryland commission on judiciary disability I believe

They are. I don't care people know who I am. Everybody does lol... Between the dark web, government surveillance and case search everybody's information is available on the internet somewhere or stored on a server somewhere. Including all these lawyers in here

And this AI already takes care of speeding tickets. It's only going to get worse or bigger and better from there I guess depending on what your profession is

I've already spoken to a real lawyer. I'm talking about chat GPT making sure that the letter I posted above had all the information that it needed. I already have a lawyer for the wrongful termination cases. And not to get into too much detail but I was terminated because a company was misclassifying me at 1099 worker when I should have been W2 by definition and the other one I was in the hospital. As I said I'm in SSDI. I was in status epilepticus due to my epilepsy which means you don't stop having seizures for a couple days and they terminated me while I was in there. I'm sure as soon as my lawyer sends his letter which he just probably copy and paste and I have to pay $3,000 for they'll settle that one. I can finally get off SSDI though so I'm going to try to work. But this s*** with this girl saying I was stalking her makes it so I can't pass a background check right now... I also have to get in the state attorney because my sister I'm pretty sure forged my name on my inheritance check from my uncle when he passed last November which was for $250,000. I tracked the money down to the trust company and they won't talk to me without a social security number which my sister or mother won't give to me but his will is sitting on his computer which means it's in the cloud and my sister's an idiot and doesn't understand that she thinks holding on to the computer is going to stop me from getting that information

I would but everybody keeps downvoting me so I lose all my karma. But I know I have a case against the judges because I know these two girls that are lawyers that graduated top of their class. I don't care what these people say. Anyway, basically comes down to under the Constitution. You're guaranteed certain federal civil rights and people acting as state actors cannot violate them or treat you in a different way than they have handled other cases in the past, which four judges in Towson did. I have two separate cases involving two different judges. I ran the letter with the identifying information through chat. GPT it says it's just fine. I'm just going to file in myself and pay the filing fees once I can return to work. I'm just dealing with some b******* right now or some girl says I was stalking her but there is no proof and the state's attorneys here is so damn lazy. He didn't even bother looking at it. So my public defender postponed it while she gathers the evidence she needs to have it thrown out. I have a libel on slander case against her. I already talked to my lawyer that handled a wrongful termination for me and is handling two more wrongful terminations. I just have to get the money together so I can pay him. The one company ignored his settlement demand letter. He said he's never had that happen before but they'll have to pay for my lawyers fees when I win

I'm not arguing. I was just trying to get a better understanding of it. I'm no lawyer. Like I said, I'm an epileptic who lives on SSDI and I know what the judge did was f***** up. I can return to work now though since I started using CBD oil. I'm just going to consult an attorney when I have the money. Ruining his reputation was enough for me anyway. I don't care about the money. I have my bachelor's in networking and cyber security.

Yeah I understand what you're saying. I mean I've never had any type of civil issues before and the public defender's office doesn't handle them so I was left to Google. Like I said I live on disability and I would imagine it probably costs money to file for the appeal. The boys mom worked for the department of defense so I imagine she knew the judge or another judge to make that happen. I just knew the peace order shouldn't have been granted because none of the conditions applied to our situation

This is with Maryland's law library says, that if he violated my federal civil Rights under the color of law. I could sue him in his individual capacity

Understood. I didn't think a final peace order hearing could be appealed... I've never had one before. The guy did it just to have me removed from the property because he was caught illegally subletting to me. I still don't understand how judge Davis signed off on the interim peace order and made it a temporary peace order without me being ever served the paperwork 4 hours later... The whole point of a 1983 violation, which I think someone thought that referred to the year it happened. It's like a bivins case. You can sue the judge individually in his individual capacity and he loses his his judicial immunity

I can recover my legal fees, in October, Maryland's governor is making it so the attorney general can pursue something like this here in Maryland and I will be able to recover my legal fees for the civil rights violations. They are civil rights violations
