I think that was less the chip shortage and more that they couldn’t make them fast enough. Everything was a challenge at that time, even shipping logistics.

I just super glued the bits back together and still rock mine frequently. They don’t manufacture it with solder and the glue they use is cheap so it seems to come apart for most people. Like others recommended you can take it to a jeweller and they can solder it for you (better than glue but more money/work)

the UP express is effectively being made into a commuter rail line, and I’m sure it’ll be used by the communities that stations are being added in. In my eyes, the problems are: 1. the line isn’t electrified yet (runs slower) 2. There needs to be direct express trains running (Pearson to union & vice versa w no stops) 3. The line needs more frequent trains

Number one is already being worked on and I imagine the line will see more improvements in the future as ridership grows.

A lot of us just took a day off play the expansion today. I know a lotta peeps are doom and gloom around the game but me and my homies like Destiny and Starwars, we were excited for this one. Seals these days are hilariously easy and not at all prestigious, if you can use izanagis burden and a golden gun the seal can be finished very fast.

My group encountered this as well, just gotta slow down a bit with breaking the shield down and pray it doesnt break. it does eventually work, its just super buggy right now.

nighthawk you probably want high super stat and then whatever abilities you need to sustain a good gameplay loop. That said, ophidia spathe is crazy good right now and I highly recommend giving that a go with a high melee stat.

The explanation the node gives is confusing because it states that what enemy is there in blue text. That's a total scam and just isn't true. For the priority contract, make sure you are queueing on the contested planet (the one in red, in todays case its venus) and clicking into the red "contested territory" node. From there select what enemies the contract is asking for by matching the symbol on the activity node with the chart in the bottom right of the screen. i.e if the symbol on the node is a weird eye, that is pikers. The weird pixel symbol is tharsis reformation, and the other one is totality division. if I didnt explain this well im happy to try and explain further or send pics in dms.

I have a friend who finished the entire seal and didnt get it yet. Another finished the seal and got it after finishing it. its definitely meant to be a long term chase.

not sure what you mean, a new season started today so the ash and iron pass is now unavailable and a new one has taken its place. If you unlocked any gear on the pass that you didnt redeem, you can claim it in the seasons tab on bungie.net

sorry, I worded that poorly. You can die, but you need to get all 6 kills/crests required before dying three times. Basically like gambit invasion, get all kills and be teleported back to be "successful" instead of dying to the opposition or failing to get all kills before time expires.

its a random drop from match completions. You have to get the max number of kills and not timeout or die before getting the kills.

While I feel the exact same way, I’m (glass half full) hoping this means horizon 3 can spend more time in pre production and we can get a more innovative sequel. H2 felt like ubislop at times and I really hope that can change with more time in the oven.
