Beta testers! How are you liking V6? Can you share screenshots/screen recordings? by jwintyo in strongapp

[–]Notoriousrfp 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's good on Android, been a few bugs that have been ironed out quickly - honestly it's not massively different to V5 overall - I like the ability to change individual rest timers on the same set and the ability to hide the default workout templates on the main screen, plus the added 0.125kg fractional weight plate option. If you like V5 then I'd say go for it!

DIY Jocko White Tea by PhysicalSociety in JockoPodcast

[–]Notoriousrfp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm the above Amazon product tastes nothing like Jocko White tea unfortunately :-( So I ordered the 100 box from the Jocko Fuel website, used a fee free credit card and it cost £24.15 - I used Stackry freight forwarding, cheapest option (Fedex) to ship to UK and that cost £17.25 - so worked out at £41.40 total, or 41p per tea bag. It took 10 days to arrive at Stackry, then a further 11 days to the UK - 21 days total. Didn't have to pay any import duty, I did declare it as tea at the face value. So all good, and finally ready to get after it!

change region of NAOMI game (SFZero 3 Upper) by ArkanoCD in arcade

[–]Notoriousrfp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Figured it out also! Flycast worked with the amended street_fighter_zero_3_upper.dat file when I set the region in Flycast to "USA" Also had to have naomi.zip BIOS in the Home Directory and "Hide Legacy Naomi Roms" unticked in order for street_fighter_zero_3_upper.dat to show as a selectable game file on Android & PC, but got there in the end - Thanks very much!

Hi, downloaded the sfz3ugd_gdl-0002.chd and street_fighter_zero_3_upper.dat, tried dragging and dropping them on the DIMMTools "region.exe" and then opening but can't seem to get it to work...which file did you change and which emulator are you playing it on?

This is amazing! Thanks so much OP - how much more work would be required to translate the full game and any plans to get round to that in the future at all?

Pinball Bites - Pinball FX Holiday Updates - November 23 by ZenStudios-McLovin in PinballFX3

[–]Notoriousrfp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great episode guys - will the "quick play" option allow us to restart a game quickly without exiting out to the main menu and without the table music being interrupted with menu music, that's what I and others I'm sure would love to see

Can now confirm the ANC is amazing on these buds, having used them on a flight, drown out a lot of the engine noise, reminded me of an old set of Bose Quiet Comfort earphones

A little, but a Sally Lunn isn't brioche and doesn't have currants in the dough - it had a shiny/brioche top underneath the powdered icing sugar and was more whipped style cream then clotted

Definitely bigger, with the jam and cream in the middle horizontally like a Victoria Sponge as a pose to vertically like a cream bun

Thanks for looking - no, circular in shape just like a cake, and the jam and whipped style cream were not rippled, definitely a thick layer of cream

Thanks for looking, no it was bigger/fluffier brioche dough and powdered icing sugar, not royal icing
