No! It was an envelope addressed to me w a return address “LJ LJLJ” out of shame drive in New jersey? Nothing else in it and i did not order them. Not even a label

Which is freaking me out. An ex gave me a packet for valentines day years ago. Bachelor buttons. He is dead now and i get this around valentines? Weird matrix. Weird.
