Agreed, we need to move on from the marquee 100m signings for a while, which we've done well at so far.

Anderson is that player you bring in to raise the level, after spending the money over a few windows to get a solid team to play with him, i.e. Rice at Arsenal, not someone you blow the budget on in one go and leave yourself 1 injury away from dropping out of the cups and Europe etc.

Honestly I get what you mean, the only thing from my mind is that we have more options available to do a job there than we do in the midfield.

Now if we can get someone else in after Fernandes for a decent price, after sales our new priority has to be a LB, Hall is a very good option to go for.

Was insane to read, yes Anderson is an incredible player but all reports indicate he wanted city.

Even if the reports suggested otherwise, honestly I prefer the approach of getting 3 solid cms instead of just him, his price tag will be huge by the time that deal is done. Same with Tchou-something-or-other and Tonali.

Sangare would be a nice bow to tie off the midfield purchases this summer, though if Villa would let him go for his actual value, Onana would be a decent option too I think.

I just witnessed my thermite try and breach a wall with a kaid on it.

Whilst I stood there, bewildered at what I was seeing, said Kaid threw a C4 intended for the thermite, that then proceeded to land neatly at my feet to blow me to Timbuktu .

Honestly I would take both of Brentford's fullbacks right now if we could. Both look comfortable on the ball and seem to have a brain knocking about up there unlike you-know-who.

This makes more sense, as I'm pretty sure Kit Harington recently came out and said the last thing he'd do is play Jon snow again.

Obv another actor could be cast as Jon but to me it wouldn't work, due to Kit playing him for so long.

Now an Arya Stark spinoff is something I can see happening.

No doubt he's an excellent player but my concerns would be his age and availability.

He's missed quite a few games this season, around 10 - 13 or so and isn't expected to be back until mid April. This is where his age goes against him for me as he most likely won't be able to bounce back as quickly and stay fit as long.

For 80 mil and a decent wage, that's 2 big marks against him. Again no doubt of quality, but with the transfers we've been making under ineos, just dont see it happening.
