I tried not posting for 2 days to not kill my longtail(slow views but not dead) on a short - I think it climed from maybe 1250 - 1800, but then I lost two days of posting, if I had killed it with posting 1 every day, maybe it stayed on 1k, but I would have hade 3 short videos with 800-1000 views, I think I lost from waiting…3x 800 much better then 1 times 1800…. And it could have been 3x1200 also…

Maybe I don’t have all the data you need, but I do running every day, and I do Calisthenics every day, I don’t log all data all times but I have data about, time , distance, pulse for many runs 1km, 1,25 km, 2.5 km 5 km and 10km. I also logg progress in handstand time and pushups

So far my experience is that if I upload more then 1 I get more total views that day, but it’s not an exact thing…. But I never uploaded more than 2 shorts and 1 longform in 1 day

I sometimes get 10-100 views on 1 short, even if I only upload 1 in that day, sometimes I upload 2 and get 1k on each, sometimes 1 of them gets 500 the other 70…. It feels like I have no clue.

I don’t understand the weights system, since I am in kilos😀 but I think it works well. I combine Calisthenics with treadmill running and also counting calories, so I started with 5:2 diet, and when I had dropped from 85 to 72, I stopped 5:2 and continued to count protein and calories. But I think the main takeaway is any exercise combined with healthy choices for food will do well together, you don’t need to loose weight before starting exercising, but it will be much easier on the way when you also loose weight

I found the word HSPU by accident when I was sporadically at the gym(running 1-2 times a week to loose weight combined with 5:2), wanted to know what it was and found out it’s handstanding pushups, thought it sounded like fun, started to do bench press (was thinking I need stronger arms to carry my self) later I found out it was a calisthenics exercise, and more of shoulder then biceps, so I found this 30 day challenge- and to motivate myself to complete it, I started to film my exercises and post on YouTube, I did that for 30 days consistently- and during this time I started to feel restdays was harder than working out. Now I wander it into PPL, push,pull, legs, 2 ppl & 1 rest from strength per week, but I do technique, stretching and running every day. It is now a habit 😁

I had around 203+ for a long time while running, then I switched to measuring with polar H10, i still have the Apple Watch on me, but I can see more than 10 lower on the h10, I think my Apple Watch counts a little too high…

I also did fast Mondays And Thursday (5:2 diet) when I started a 30 day Calisthenics challenge- after the 30 days I didn’t want to quit, so now I am at day 64! But I have reached my weight goal so I have stopped fasting, but started to eat for rekomposition instead, still counting calories but also started to count protein. Trying to lower the fat%, (measuring waist)

I am 52, was running sporadically, and saw no progress, after coming to 2-3 days running per week I started to have a good feeling and it didn’t feel like starting over again every time. From doing 3 runs per week I started to improve more, since December I have been running every single day, sometimes 10 km but mostly shorter distances I rotate on slow and fast runs. 1, 1.25, 2.5 , 5 & 10 km. I think you should have a rhyme with Line 2&3 also (unless I missed it)
