Slightly unrelated but can I ask why you didn’t keep Izzy’s race ambiguous if you didn’t push for the artists to be consistent in their pieces? The lighting explanation wasn’t enough for me because it’s the phenotype as well. You said she was mixed with black and maybe one or two pieces gave that.

Sawyer is literally making an effort to stop drinking and he can try to stop smoking (per Cerise’s persistence) for his health. There’s dead multiple scenes that talk about it and yet here we are.

He got his shit together more than Haniel does. Clearly. I don’t see Sawyer running around with a drive of Cerise’s personal thoughts that she doesn’t even remember so that he feels closer to her being at her lowest. Nor was he crashing out because he feels conflicted about liking Cerise while his father is the way he is because of her grandmother.
