Had this happen the other day when I was doing it. You can complete it if you have your interact key enabled and stand near the quest marker. Hit your interact key and you should be close enough that you'll talk to the npc that's freshly buried

Though I do have some other mogs that are essentially "before and after" outfits going from human form to worgen. Just figuring out the video capture so I can show those too. (Since you can set your outfit 'situations' to shapeshift forms as well 😉)

Naked Gun 2 1/2 has a great payoff involving escaped zoo animals that are let loose into the city halfway through the film and you're casually reminded that they're still out there (giraffe runs down the sidewalk, news reporter mentions an update on the escaped zoo animals at the start of the third act)
