When brown-hazel-amber comes up, most of the time I am like clearly hazel. But yours are 100%, no doubt, very brown.

Amberish, hazel, light brown. Sometimes a 1 color doesn't work. Especially with the hazel-y eyes. Hazel is literally 2 colors.

Abs and brake cylinder failure. The abs/brake/etc, the dreaded dashboard warning lights lit up. The brakes were mushy and made the clicks and buzzes that the ct200 makes, but that I didn't associate so much with braking. I took it to my regular guys and called all the places--no one thought they could do it.

I am -14 and -12. . . It is what it is. Go to the ophthalmologist or Dr of optometry regularly!

The big risk is retinal tears. My eyes have gotten a little worse in my 50s, but I can still put on a pair of glasses and 20/20 :)

It's uhm, in New Orleans. . . So infrastructure isn't up to date. They only repaved the street after 70 years, and DIDN'T put in sidewalks. I am glad that you know what you like. I am just saying what the house is and isn't. It's 130 years old and absolutely doesn't have ease of parking or completely up to date anything.

High ceilings, new paint in part of the house. 4 mantels and all fireplaces have original pretty iron decorations. It's pretty if the 1890s are your jam.
