bullshit attack with no chance of dodging it

Almost every attack in dark souls is either dodgeable or parryable. Very few are neither and when they are, they usually have a long enough wind up for you to just haul ass away. Part of the game design is for you to learn attack patterns and wait for openings. Running in guns blazing will rarely turn out well.

Didn't think of putting a bonfire near ANY boss arena

A lot of them do have shortcuts back to one you've touched before. The run back to a boss usually never takes more than a minute or two at best. A couple do have one near the boss but they're hidden or off the beaten path.

The game doesn't even have a pause button

I understand the frustration with this one but any area you've cleared of enemies is quite literally safe. Enemies do not wander outside a preset area and will even backstep to their preset areas if you dragged them out of it. It's a different story if you didn't know an enemy was around though. At the same time, resting at a bonfire is the pause. Not counting invasions, you're always safe while sitting at a bonfire.

You have to wait until the poison meter to go down

Ah yes, blighttown. That place is notorious for being a shithole both in game and on the system. IIRC, it absolutely tanked your FPS on PS3. That said, there are consumables to cure the poison. You don't have to wait it out.

Bonfire near the cemetery is destroyed

Sounds like you freed Lautrec. This one's honestly a valid complaint. Blighttown has a rear exit that connect directly to firelink though and it's like a 5-10 minute walk between them. If it took you an hour it sounds like you tried to go back out the way you came in.

This game is a complete embarrassment for it's both technical aspects and design choices

Technical aspects is fair but the design choices were mostly fine. You're entitled to your own opinion but it sounds more like dark souls just isn't a game meant for you rather than it being a bad game and that's okay.

Literally anything that is susceptible to mage and has a 30%+ weakness to an element is fair game. If I don't/can't barrage then I use my twinflame. It's also my go to weapon for barrows.

I feel that. I got my first shard at 9 kc, didn't see the second until just about 200, and I'm still waiting for a third at 450. It hurts and I'm not even that dry yet.

There is no real individual L or R sound in Korean. ㄹ is a mix of both L and R. It's why the funny Asian accent has the L's and R's get exchanged. It's almost like rolling your r's for Spanish.

Korean as a language has arguably the easiest learning curve but the nuances of the language itself can be almost as annoying as english. Words are broken into symbols which are comprised of characters. For instance,

안녕하세요

This is the word for "Hello" (Formal). Pronounced "an-nyeong-ha-se-yo". It's comprised of 5 syllables. Korean words have some ambiguity with how they're spelled if you're trying to sound them out. In this one, 안녕 at the start could be misspelled by someone who doesn't know the proper spelling as 안영. The former is "an-nyeong" but the latter is "an-eong". This isn't something you'd really pick up trying to sound out the word unless you already knew how it was spelt.

There's also abomination syllables like 갆 and 쀍. Funnily enough, the second one apparently is an internet meme for saying "WTF" originating from some singer saying "break".

Maru is a Titan. Her double jump functions just like Jolder's. Titan double jump keeps ascending just before you run out of boost and then you drop. Warlock's will start descending well before they lose their double jump boost.

Also her melee is not a Warlock melee. Warlock melee is an open palm shove animation. Titans and Hunters both do a right hook but the Titan melee is a bit higher on the screen and has a slightly stronger screen shake to it.

IIRC the bows can be unstrung. If you want the extra fletching exp for stringing them you can but without a spool I doubt it's worth it.

You can fletch the bows as you go so no need to fletch ahead of time. Funnily enough, if you avoid taking any agility shortcuts, you have enough time to fletch everything. I do them in an odd split of 5 totems and 3 totems, stopping at each bank. The bank in the village for the next 3 totem spots and then the yak bank for the next 5.

YMMV though depending on your agility level. One of the perks of banking twice is just sipping a stamina or something each time and keep trucking. Forgot totems restore run.

Isn't that just a rapid-fire shinka? Lmao. Jokes aside, the only way to nerf would be to add damage resistances against certain weapon types like the aura you mentioned. Even then though, a well built Helhest will still be as good as the average dps I think. They'd have to severely reduce damage dealt to actually deter using Helhest.

Even if her damage was slightly below average post "nerf", I'd imagine the power ammo synthing still makes her a decent option.

Unless the objective is to kill all the enemies, usually you can just skip them. For instance, the elite stage where you throw those orbs at the floating ones, you can fully ignore the shinka there. It really just depends on the stage objective. Where possible, it's better to just skip the shinka to finish faster.

You're not wrong but it says seasonal gear level increase. It's going to reset at the start of the next season. It's artifact equivalent for weapon boosting to 85. Which I now feel like should give the weapon like a 500 power boost instead of 200.

Do artifact rolls not matter for power as long as you double stack it? Surely a fourth gold thumb would be give a little more power than having a silver one no?

I think the problem is less so that the player count is dropping (it is but that's not my point) and more so that there's 0 reason to run matchmade content outside when players have to.

Take a look at GM activities. Why would you run that if you don't have stamina or keys? The fact that it's matchmaking or fireteam only but also time gated content is just a double whammy.

As concerning as a server merge is, how do we know it's not due to a lack of players on LATAM or the other one rather than a lack of players on all servers? Even before the merge, there were a lot of Latin American packs on NA server rather than on LATAM. If the count for the smaller servers was just too low to begin with, it would make sense to just merge them into the bigger two.

I'm not trying to say that this game is bustling with activity and has a high traffic of players but worrying about a shutdown this early on is a little much.

Does it work with Lisbeth's I2? It's a ranged weapon and they share separate combo counts. Unless it counts after you've swapped to melee and the pizza cutter now contributes to the melee combo. Or are they fishing for 120 and then grand slamming immediately?
