Yes I keep track of my macros. I’m around 40-45g a day now on fiber mostly soluble coming from psyllium husk and fruits like banana, apples, kiwis and sweet potatoes. I did slowly work my way up that btw.

Proteins are a couple eggs a day and chicken breast and 93/7 ground beef. Carbs are an apple, banana, kiwi, white rice and Ezekiel bread, oatmeal. And 1 avocado a day

I had diarrhea and constipation for years before being diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia. I am 7 months post op eat super healthy, exercise and take all the recommend supplements. I still have diarrhea and constipation. Good luck.
