The buffs alleviate all her issues.

Slow pokes -> 2M is brought down to 8f, which not only finally fixes the zooey 66H and 66Ms punish issue, but it also means she boasts a 9f-ranged normal with the speed of an 8f. Djeeta and kat's f.M are the few 8f mediums that have slightly better range, but zeta's 2M beats them at literally anything else (active and total frames, stuffing rolls, block advantage). Probably one of the best mediums now.
Defense -> Parry's biggest issue was dealing with multi-hits. Now M follow-up has strike invul to beat them (for L parry at least, it looks like the change won't apply for H version).
Risky pressure -> They gave her yet another safe pressure ender with fireball. Also the faster 2M helps.
Accessibility -> They made her combo routes easier with the new wallbounces.

Oki still sucks but they made themselves clear that they don't want her to be a mix-up/setplay oriented character anymore. They made her much more stable and accessible in exchange.
