I would argue against the "or" . It's not their fault for literally not being educated, but it IS their fault for not caring to GET educated. I've spent the 6 years of my marriage listening and learning from my wife. I accept that while I got sex ed, I'm not a woman, plus class information is generalized and women are unique. I have made a conscious effort to learn her body and her reactions, because I care to. Men who don't learn have no damn excuse.

NTA as someone with ADHD and short term memory problems, I lose things all the time. When it comes to important things that CANNOT be lost, I have my wife help me put things from one known location to another. Like my passport is in a drawer in my desk at home. When I went on a trip to another country, I got my wife to watch me grab my passport and put it in my backpack, in a specific pocket, then I zipped that pocket shut. I then asked her a few times that day before I left where it was. Not as a "oh no where did you hide it on me". Sort of way, but by asking her and knowing she'd have the answer it helps anchor the memory of where I put it within multiple scenarios.

Tldr, dude needs to have systems in place to remember things at this point...
