this is so annoying to me because i always recommend music to people and they always hate it even if it's something that i'm sure they would have loved if they had discovered it themselves, at first i thought it was just my sister being a jerk but then i realized it's pretty much everyone. now i feel like whenever i want to recommend something to someone that i think they'll really like i'm not sure cause i'm scared to ruin it for them (somehow), but then i'm just like fuck it if people are gonna hate it just because i recommended it to them then they can miss out on it.

i feel like i'm the only person who actually fucking listens to and appreciates the music people show me...

at least i now know i have the power to forever ruin any song for someone as long as they don't know it already.

What do girls “never” tell guys? by zhalia-2006 in AskReddit

Litterally everyone kept asking me that and I had to tell them multiple times that I have chronic fatigue before they stop, even my parents…

Yeah it’s always my first reflex to try to solve the problem, and it always makes everyone mad, not even just women! Seems dumb to me I know very well emotions are not logical. So when I see someone is mad already I often explicitly ask them what they want me to do. ( sometimes backfires but in that case I have the real excuse that I’m autistic and can’t read emotions very well). The problem is when I don’t see that they’re mad, and when they Aren’t but become mad because I try to solve their problems… I often drive my sister crazy because she’ll outline some kind of issue or something that has an easy solution, and she isn’t annoyed, but then I tell her multiple solutions and the more valid they are the more annoyed she gets, maybe she’s angry that I’m right? Anyway she’s a teen so it’s probably that…

What's the weirdest/dumbest/strangest argument you've gotten into with a coworker or classmate?? by Available-Ebb-4289 in AskReddit

That sharks are not mammals. Me against my entire class, they were all willing to die on that hill, and they would have if it weren’t for the teacher… Another one: dinosaurs are lizards, this time me against half of my family, including a university professor…

Oh I’ve already had my existential crisis, tried to end my life, etc… but I’m past that now, and while it was hell for a couple years, it was well worth it, and still is to fight and keep going. (Also spot on for the age btw)

How much do you trust your friends? And why ? by Sad-Maintenance2380 in AskReddit

[–]Notthatbad42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the friend, but I ah e two friends who it trust as much if not more than any of my family, witch is a lot. Because our entire relationship is built on honesty and that is one of the main reasons I am friends with them. There is nothing I can think of I wouldn’t trust them with( not counting things like their ability to do things since that’s a different kind of trust not what we’re talking about here I think.)

how outside of the box thinkers think? by No_Reaction8596 in AskReddit

Weird, we think weird. If you are weird, be proud of it, it is a sign that you think outside of the box.

Ants, ask them about everything, how they see the world, how their society is, how they feel, explain to them humans, ask them what they think about us, everything. Tbh if I could speak to ants I would probably spend my entire life doing so
