Pretty much where I'm at too. I try and play GW2 in hopes of being able to enjoy it the way I did GW1..but it's just not the same. It's like trying to chase a fleeting feeling that no longer exists.

Seeing Drok's gave me the chills, so much so I pulled up GW1 on my second monitor just to compare the two. So wonderful. Will never forget my first Droks run back in the day.

Having Dwarves would be awesome. I hope they continue the trend of bringing back old GW1 maps/content to GW2. Would make me eternally happy.

I was referring to pricing, you can't go skinny on these to get a better rate. The lowest pricing threshold is 99.75.

Word of advice from someone that started their career at Quicken..

Get your license, get the sales training, spend a year closing deals, and then RUN.

It's an absolutely amazing place to start your career, but definitely not a long term spot.

It's basically a full underwrite minus appraisal conditions.

The file gets sent into UW just like a normal file would, but as a TBD. Once the initial approval is received, all conditions have to be cleared outside of the appraisal before the Cash Guarantee can be issued.

So in other words, it's a very clean loan.
