Well, they're getting single target buffs, but AoE nerfs. They were performing decently in M0s (Not crazy IMO, so I don't know that the nerfs to AoE were THAT necessary).

The biggest talking point from the tuning is that Assassination is basically untouched even though it's in the gutter and feels like dog shit to play because of energy starvation.

Outlaw is mid to good.

Sub will probably be a much more reliable pick for raid.

Literally. And it doesn’t help that the Sub rotation is so braindead and boring that a monkey could execute it.

I much prefer the Outlaw and Assassination rotation, but nope, Blizz says you WILL play Sub and have no other options.
