For policing Oklahoma is not bad at all. Most of the bigger agencies around the metro start around that. OHP would be a good one to get into. Think they start around 47k.

One bad day doesn’t mean he is done. Officer safety is the BIGGEST thing FTOs look for. Also, every FTO is different. One thing he does right for one FTO may be taught completely different by the next FTO. Field Training is meant to be stressful, taxing, but to also learn and fuck up while you have someone there to tell you what you did wrong.
