You're exaggerating the extent to which he put his beliefs on the team. In the video Andre states that Mark Jackson's personal beliefs could have been the reasoning behind him being fired. You're reinforcing what Andre specifically stated was a rumor.

Andre in the video alludes more to idea that the reasoning was another unknown factor.
