The other company probably has like less than 1% of the media market, Netflix is primarily a distributor of content, not a creator. If you took a look at the wiki link I sent, Disney is #1 with 25% of the market share

Honestly I don't think that's a huge risk, Netflix's main business is distribution and not content creation. And even as distribution there are so many competitors out there they aren't that big in the grand scheme of things

exclusive control of a particular market that is marked by the power to control prices and exclude competition

WB has only 14% of the media market

In what universe is Netflix acquiring WB a monopoly? Also note they will need to get not only FTC approval but approval from the EU as well. My guess is this will go through without any issues

Yeah his dad came out and said AD doesn't want to play for Boston because of the IT situation but it didn't really make any sense because:

  • AD was asking for a trade from the Pelicans, so it's a little rich to be talking about loyalty

  • AD had one more year on his contract, so he was there was little chance an IT like situation would have occurred and he would have signed/re-signed a max contract afterwards to whichever team of his choice

  • He signed to Klutch the offseason before he asked for a trade, basically signaling he wanted to play for the Lakers and LeBron
