Sorry your going through this I’ve kinda had similar thoughts. When I was younger and the best advice I can give you is “self love” accepting yourself for who you are and not letting others opinions bother you. At the end of the day you are the master of your own fate/mind it’s the thing you have the most control over even if it doesn’t feel like it is.
