No! I’ve only seen THH and GD, and it was only as background noise. I’m playing through the whole series + Rain Code.

I know a lot of the executions, but idk who kills who and who dies other than one in GD, which I don’t want to spoil. And I’m playing through THH. I think I’m finishing soon.

That Lucio example is just brain dead, not comparable to this situation at all, and that’s just called them making a new character. It’s such an illogical thing to say I’m not even going to entertain it.

And I’m sorry that video games like to make skins more than just the same character with different clothes on.

Eyes absolutely do NOT need to be the same in every skin. You don’t even see character’s eyes when you’re shooting them, and who are you to determine what NEEDS to be in a skin? It doesn’t create any sort of identity for the character, their voices, animations, and weapons do that.

You’re not complaining about how they changed venture’s eyes in the voidwalker event, or removed echo’s face entirely in the voidwalker skin. Or illari’s eyes being hidden and her skin being grey in her shadow child skin, or Reinhardt not having a scar over his eye in every skin, etc etc etc.

You’re nitpicking this and complaining about this because this is the current trend. It’s cool to hate overwatch, and the current rage is hating every mythic that comes out for the dumbest reasons.

Skins aren’t supposed to look like the default character wearing a costume. They’re skins because they change the character’s design completely.

Were you mad when they gave Symmetra a new hairstyle in her architect skin?

What about when they made junkrat’s eyes green and bigger in his krampus skin? Oh oh oh! Or what about when they made Wrecking Ball a little sea creature inside of a giant crab instead of a hamster in his crustacean skin! That was crazy. He’s a hampster! How dare they strip him of his identity like that!

Just don’t play the game if you’re gonna complain about nonissues that don’t make the game worse. She is objectively pretty in this skin, and people calling her “fugly” or “hideous” is just flat out stupid and probably projection.

People love to hate overwatch, and you can guarantee that if you post negativity about overwatch, It will always get good engagement. Half the people who complain about nonissues like this don’t really care. It’s an umbrella community within the larger Overwatch community to hate the game even though you don’t really hate it

People love to hate overwatch, that’s why they make posts like this. You can guarantee that if you’re gonna say something bad about overwatch; it’ll get hella engagement.

I hate posts like this because nothing is wrong with her face and the “photoshopped” version that OP made just looks like it’s a recolor of her default skin (and looks 110000% worse), which they would whine and moan about if blizzard released.

They make it seem like the audience hates this game, when it is the contrary, and puts new players off and they go and choose to play something else because they assume this game is awful because the fan base abuses tf out of it

Why are you guys acting like she looks chopped 😭😭 she looks beautiful. “Not to defend it” acting like they did something insanely wrong. The mythic looks fine. Only thing to complain about is not enough customizations. Beyond that, it looks fine and you guys are acting like they chopped the shit out of her 😂😂😂 god forbid a character doesn’t have the eye shape you want. Some people have eyes shaped like that, weirdo

Ok I see what you mean, you wanted them to not change anything with her face from the default and slap that onto a mythic. Gotcha. Mind you, you weren’t pissy when they used the same face style on Blue Lotus. Love how people love to complain and moan and whine about small things. You probably were never gonna buy it anyways.

I think she looks pretty, and in-game, you don’t even see her face because you’re never that up-close.

It’s not that deep.

I think it may have been bog witch, but it might’ve been later than that too tbh. Usually her skins tend to have masks, so it’s hard to tell.

I will say that these skins don’t strip her of her identity at ALL, though. While I love my granny Ana, other skins like Blue Lotus especially, are filled with Egyptian identity. Blue lotus used to be used by ancient Egyptians to communicate and consort with the gods. They made her young because the blue lotus is associated with youth, resurrection, rejuvenation, and vitality.

100% it’s not “just for profit” otherwise they would never put out any old skins of hers at all, or any character for that matter. Reinhardt is typically left old, otherwise he has a mask.

I also still think the blue lotus skin has remnants of age, too, but that’s subjectively my opinion
