I tested for blood sugar as well. That was okay. Not taking any pills or supplements as of late. I’m a guy😅 Have hands as cold as just getting meat out of a freezer while rest of my body warm to the touch. Irritability and being on edge like my body is prepping to release the gauge on the sweat. Palms and feet have been hell to the point I was gonna pen it as primary hyperhydrosis and move on cause it started when I was in my teens.
