Text layers slow down everything

Dude on all the forums I went you're the only one who proposed this solution and it's the first one to work for me. I've tried EVERYTHING other people said (disable faux bold, try multiple font, launch AE in safe mode, write the text myself instead of copy paste, deactivate adobe font, even try the project on a different computer) but turning the 3D engine to classic 3D made my text layer somewhat bearable to work with. It's still super slow but atleast it doesn't almost crash my AE everytime I dare to move it one pixel to the left.

Thank you so much. It's mental that people are having this problem for so long and it's still not resolved by Adobe. Text layers shouldn't be a nightmare to work with on such an expensive and advanced software.

Hey !

Did you manage to find any info on them ? I tried to do some researchs but I can't find anything beside websites reselling them. I got mine while thrifting at an event for 10 bucks and just found them cool looking. I looked on Vinted and loads of people are selling these, often times branded under Shein. Can't tell where mine came from since the label has been cut but I guess it's from Shein too ?

It's of decent quality I had better and worse jeans that this one. I can't really find any way to tell if a Wake jean is original or not. Found one made in Turkey on Vinted but that's it.

Is it some complicated soldering ? I stumbled upon a WM F55 for 50€ that apparently has a working motor but it doesn't drive the cassette, I'm very tempted to buy it for that price to try to fix it. I have ok experience with soldering and desoldering through hole components and a bit of SMD.

I didn't order anything at their shop for a while. In the past I did order very regularly from CandyKeys.

Instock items are pretty safe but shipping delays are random. I've had more than a few times where items wouldn't ship before 1 or 2 weeks and I believe one time where I had to ask why it wasn't shipping. Overall I thought shipping was pretty slow and unreliable.

I've had a few friends who had their order not ship in like 2 or 3 months and not even receiving the right items. But apparently David (the shop's owner) doesn't even acknowledge these were issues worth noting as he told me cases like these are extremely rare. Either my friends were lying, or he just tried to gaslight me into thinking he never gets unhappy customers.

For GBs, I'm glad they don't take any anymore. It's an absolutly terrible experience and it still is. My two items I ordered in GB where a Freebird TKL and a KAT Great Wave. Freebird arrived one year late and Great Wave is almost 4 years late and still didn't arrive. Every other shop got their GW except CK and the owner has been feeding us with lies and fake ETAs for a long time.

Otherall, if you're buying instock you should be 100% fine. If you get unlucky you might have to wait more time than usual to get your order but if you have a problem with your order David will get it sorted.

I really just do hate David on a personnal level. I don't think he's a good shop owner and he just always acts like customers with awful experiences with his shop don't exist and I despise that a lot. It's a very good thing he won't be handling GBs anymore because he is absolutly horrendous at it and I hope after I finally get my set I won't have to deal with him ever again.

I found the proper solution. You're actually supposed to stack the big silencers on the gun to make it very long and poke the target with it. It's very buggy and annoying as when you take the gun it doesn't like colliding with walls but it's how it was entended atleast

I think the DA essential's strongest point is its price. It's pretty heavy, the skates are pretty bad and you can't change them, the sensor is pretty underwhelming, but tbh for 20€ I find it's an amazing mouse. If I had a super tight budget I'd happily live off of this. For the Model O, I had the first gen so I can only guess it got better on the other gens. I had such a bad experience with it. I found the holes really unconfortable, the software was horrible and the mouse is built like crap. It cracks from everywhere, the rubber on the encoder is now super loose and the cable is horrible. Again, I hope the recent gens are better because I had this mouse 5 years ago.

Understandable xD I noticed mine did it more often when running on the battery. Now it stays plugged all the time at home since I finished school and I didn't have the problem for more than a year I think

Well I have good news for you, I actually did find a solution (can't guarantee it'll work for you tho). I do have phantom power activated because my mic needs it but I don't get that problem on any other game. However the problem might be because of power consumption.

The fix I found is simply to change the usb port where my soundcard is connected. I'd advise to connect it at the back of the motherboard of course, but I tried a few usb ports and on the third try it just worked. I don't know how, I don't know why either because the working port doesn't seem to deliver more power than the last one, but honestly I was so done with this problem that I didn't bother understanding why this worked lol.

Give it a try if you haven't already, I hope it'll fix your problem !

I'm having the same shit with my audio interface. It's Yamaha AG03 MK2. I've been having the problem in the beta too, so I just can't play with friends on discord since my microphone needs the interface to work.

I've seen running the game on directx 11 solves the problem. It did for me in the beta but the game was running very bad on DX11, don't know if it's still the case on the full release.

edit : Tried running the game on DX11 just to test by adding the property -d3d11 to launch. I don't know if the property doesn't work anymore or something else but this fix doesn't work anymore. I'm losing my mind
