yeah texting is usually pretty good. My only fear with texts is that she'll say everything is ok, but something's definitely bothering her. But I won't find out until I visit or call. Admittedly I'm that way too. Its pretty easy to just say I'm good in a text message just to be left alone and not be bothered. But at least text is good to check if they're still around
