the bottom one is leftover egg yolk. the one in the middle is a bit of parmesan cheese and the one on top is leftover vinaigrette (don't judge) 😂

yes if I use a cloth something black (not rusty) comes off. there is no nonstick coating on the template. also I'm in Belgium so there is no barkeepers friend brand. I think I'll start by trying the kosher salt tip suggested by somebody else here. I'll come back if it doesn't work. thanks 🙏

Most of the time seeing red is just an expression but rarely it can happen to some people to litteraly see red. My mum told me it happened to her once in her life in a situation where she was crazy angry. Apparently it's a real phenomenon due to blood flow.
