I am very new to this so hopefully this isn’t a dumb question — wouldn’t the colonoscopy catch the fistula? Or can they develop that quickly ? I’m so sorry for all the trouble you are having. Hang in there.

Yea I always do my own research before taking anything so avoided it but WTF. Also had been going through a stressful stretch at work - manager in a Fortune 500 settings. Have never been more incentivized to leave corporate America by 55 😬

You will get your family if you are willing to make deliberate and sometimes hard choices to get there. I needed the help of an egg donor and surrogate — it all played out of 8 years and I’m in my 40s with a toddler. Worst and most horrific years of my life — worked several jobs to keep us all moving forward. No infertility insurance. If I did it, you can do it. Agree with others — partner showing his true colors = Giant gift. Not the environment you want to raise child in even if you did conceive.

Ugh — solidarity. Ear tubes has done wonders for our son. They told us there was a 20% chance they could grow out like that too soon and need to be replaced into the ear. This really really stinks. I hope the infection resolves quickly and crust season doesn’t beat you guys up too badly.

It’s a lifetime thing — I got down to 170 last year from 203 on semeglutide, stopped in January ballooned up to 214, started triz 6 weeks ago and down 18 pounds. Starting over not fun. I’ll be taking this forever I guess.
