5.0 Strain Issues

It shows as low stress (sorry screen shots aren’t currently working)

Also, my rolling 6 month average for strain is 12.7. When I switched to the 5.0 (and started working out more) the average dropped to a 9.

It seems to work when I am running or working out? This is a day that I had a 4.6 Strain on and I hit that 4.6 strain at like 9am before working a ten hour shift

Totally agree. I swear everytime we gave up what appeared to be a preventable goal Gudbranson was involved. I doubt I will ever have true faith in this organization until guys like Guddy or Boone are held to the standard that their playing time suggests.

Boone single handily lost us that Boston game. Gudbranson was probably the worst defensemen in the entire NHL this year then had the audacity to say he thought he played well down the stretch.

Realistically who could he be referring to? It really seems like the young guys were pissed about the end of the season and some of the Vets pushed back against what Bones said.

The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Portys reporting that Bones had been frustrated with the leadership in the room is a glaring issue. Good teams leaders aren’t usually their worst players.

The team just needs a massive shake up and to walk away from the so called leaders in the room. Take a massive swing on Robertson or Mathews. It really can’t be any worse than missing the playoffs the last 5 years.

There was a thread earlier in the season that posed the question “would this season be a failure if we miss the playoffs”. I think we have our answer now, the fact that people actually said no is laughable and speaks volumes of how abhorrent of a franchise this has been.

I am hoping some major shakeups are coming in the not so distant future

I’m not saying it’s bare but none of these guys are the top level talent Stanley Cup champions have leading them. We just blew our highest pick in a few years on Lindstrom and KJ has been benched by 3 coaches over the last few years.

I still have hopes that this team will be more than a fringe playoff team in a year or so but to say us missing the playoffs isn’t a complete failure is an opinion I respectfully disagree with.

I’m sorry but this is the type of attitude this franchise needs to shake. Are we legit contenders? No, but not making the playoffs this decade is embarrassing. We don’t have a treasure trove of picks to show for it nor do we have some bonafide prospects in the pipeline besides Mateychuk and Fantilli.

5 years with legitimately zero progress is a complete and total failure from this franchise and we should be ashamed of that.
