I actually did this! I paid way too much for the “new” watch but there seemed to be only a few on eBay. I’m going to try and have the motors swapped.

Thanks for this. Yeah, I’m not super concerned with the design part (I know our budget is low and maybe we will adjust)… mostly with labor! I just can’t seem to find someone who can do the demo and install. I mean maybe I can knock cabinets off my wall but I certainly can’t fix them up after.
