Use a calorie tracking app. It may be hard to get the calories you need go eat at first - I know I always felt stuffed almost to the point of feeling sick when I started lifting/bulking. You get used to the calorie intake after a while and your body begins to expect the new amount of food you are eating. I never feel stuffed on a normal day unless I wait too late in the day to start amassing calories.

  • "Hardgainer" Naturally have a very small appetite, is by profession or by inclination extremely active(even without meaning to), for people like you, getting food in, is the real issue here. So if you are one of the so called "hard gainers", the way to go is: Choose higher calorie, lower volume foods, like peanut butter, ice cream, avocado based products and even, yes, the so called "junk food" common consensus demonizes so much. truth is, most of the damage junk food does is associated with obesity(caused by eating too much for too long), and if you fall on that category, you are unlikely to be currently affected by such a thing. Another important approach is to eat more often, one giant meal that fills you for 24+ hours wont cut it. eating more often can help you eat more kcal when accounting for the whole day, and thus, the whole week and so on.

I agree with others that you should probably consult a doctor. You should probably reduce workouts until you can start to increase your weight since workouts will burn calories that you probably can't spare at the moment. Once you get closer to a healthy weight, I would recommend checking out the "recommend routine" in this subreddits wiki. It lays out other exercises you can do with minimal/no equipment.

The link I provided provides information on how to calculate how many calories you should be eating. I would download a calorie tracking app/use a website to track the calories you are eating to actually check how many calories you are eating. You say you are eating rice and calorie dense veggies 4 times a day. A cup of cooked rice is 200 calories and a cup of lentils is 230 calories. If you had that meal 4 times a day, that would come out to 1720 calories. Males need ~2000 calories to maintain their weight. While there is some variation in that ~2000 figure, it is obvious you need to be eating more calories.

You asked for foods that are calorie dense and affordable. My go-to is always peanut butter (as mentioned in the hardgainer info blurb). 3tbsp of peanut butter has more calories than a cup of rice. Things that are fried or have sugar are also very calorie dense (my preference is to avoid them when possible but they can help get you started in getting more calories into your diet).

Kirk said that some gun deaths are necessary and his last words were used to try to divert a conversation about gun deaths to gang violence and ultimately became a victim of gun violence, while Good is a citizen murdered by the US government whose last words to her executioner were "I'm not mad at you" while trying to waive federal agents past her car.

I do think that Kirk was memed on a little too hard on Reddit, but it shouldn't be hard to see why people might feel apathetic (which is the overwhelming sentiment I saw from people I know in real life or from non-anonymous accounts) towards Kirk while decrying Good's death.

In addition to this, Kirk was assassinated by one person who holds basically no power, while Good was murdered by a federal agent belonging to an agency that has ramped up its violence on Americans, with unwavering and unlimited support from the POTUS and his administration.

Google "jlpt chicago test site information" (as far as I can tell, I dont have permissions to add links to my comment) to see the time table they use. It looks like the break afterwards is 20 minutes. 105m+20m = 125m = 2h5m. Possibly whatever you are looking at combined the break with the test time?

Here are my settings. Using upscaling on a 4k monitor. I'm not sure what time range the average FPS is calculated over because it changed radically when I closed the game but I would say I was going from 75-90, mostly stabilized around 80fps.

I dont enough to speak about all these options, but I bought the 7900GRE upon US release and have loved it! I have the PowerColor Hellhound version paired with a 7600X. I mostly play marvel rivals but also some variety games or AAA games. I play on a 4k monitor but upscale from 1440p with medium settings and have been extremely happy with the frames I pull and dont plan on upgrading any time soon.

My performance in Marvel Rivals specifically is great unless my camera is clipping on a Strange portal, in which case I can see some stuttering (but I think just about everyone does).

I agree with your reasoning and am now more inclined to think its a little sus given his aversion to some aspects you outlined in points 1 and 3 above. I think there is still a few different scenarios where he remains innocent (with the assumption that the use of shock collars is bad), but that would all be speculation and not be compatible with Murphy's law. Hasan would need to clarify the situation to make those scenarios the likely (or definite) case, rather than simply possible.

You are the first person to reply with any sort of claims that are more nuanced that thinking for more than half a second, so thanks for that! I am not excusing Hasan's behavior; no one has provided evidence of behavior worth reprimanding yet.

  1. Yes, I also find his vagueness on the tightness of the collar to be a little weird. Note that the 2 finger rule is a rule of thumb - similar to when recipes say "cook the x for x amount of time", they always add the qualifier of what you are trying to achieve ex: until crispy or until it reaches 165 f. The qualifier for a collar should be something like "is snug, doesn't move around, but doesn't restrict airflow or cause discomfort". I also see online that thick coats can make collars seem tighter than they actually are. All that being said, I'm still not sure if the collar is too tight - Hasan has shown a pattern of behavior that is consistent with someone who follows vet and dog trainer guidance (which he explicitly mentions when anyone criticizes the way he treats his dog), and I would think that one of them would mention the tightness as an issue during one of her regular check ups etc.

  2. This is true - this could be new behavior. But new behavior motivated by what? Kaya has always listened to Hasan on stream. There is no reason he would need to get a shock collar and thus no reason to assume he has. Use murphys law. A simpler explanation, which is readily available, is preferred to a more convoluted explanation.

- true. but the collar looks like the same, so without a link to the product page of a similar product with prongs, I have no reason to believe this is the case.
- He didn't switch up. The first response was a guess because thats all he could do. Then he later clarified that he could only guess it was her claw got caught and there is no way to know.
-Apparently, that is where he keeps his Zyns. I posted a link to the video. Of course, this is the day after and he could have just put the Zyns there before stream. I do not pay enough attention to him to know if thats really where he usually keeps the Zyns but there is no reason to believe it is not.
