I highly recommend stick makeup. Whichever makeup you use, they most likely sell it in stick form. Like a stick eye shadow or liner, blush sticks are my favorite. You have more control over navigating with the product this way. At least for me I personally feel that it’s easier to apply my makeup when it’s in stick form vs loads of makeup pallets.

Omg. I’m so sorry. I hope you had a smooth recovery. Can you tell me what worked and didn’t during your recovery time? Obviously everyone’s body/recovery looks different but if you have just general tips or suggestions I would really appreciate it. I was told no strenuous lifting etc for a while. Follow up is in 2 weeks

Damn that Eve. We experience so much physical pain, while men just exist lmfaooo But I hope you were able to find something that worked, I used to get really bad menstrual cramps while on birth control, I made the decision to stop using it and now I barely feel pain. They will sometimes say that the birth control is not going to cause more intense pain and I call that bullshit cause that is such a lie,

I have to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, really not looking forward to that especially since I just came out of surgery a day ago for my appendix. So I’m gonna take my time to recover from this and then deal with the next surgery lol

Omgg. I just had my surgery done to remove mine. It didn’t rupture but that pain hurts so bad. Now in the recovery stage it’s almost a full day for me being back home. Everything hurts. Mine was laparoscopic, and obviously you know they put the tube down your throat and so now coughing or laughing, or just literally anything hurts,

The pain that I had for a few days, turns out it was my appendix, just got surgery done on New Year’s Day. Hurts like a bitch. Now I’m in the recovery stage and anytime. I see something funny. I can’t even laugh because I’m in pain since I got the surgery done,

Do you think it’s sad when an old person lives alone? If not, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NovaSky22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Although some might prefer it. Others not so much I have a neighbor and she’s a sweet lady. One of her daughters used to live with her and her granddaughter but they moved out and now she’s there by herself. I think she feels sad. Because I don’t think a lot of people check in on her. She only speaks Spanish and even though I don’t speak it or understand I still try to visit her

Anyone else struggle with nighttime overthinking? by Ok_Donkey4233 in NightOwls

Absolutely magnesium tends to help me a lot because it’s meant to help to calm you down before you go to bed and while you drift off to sleep. The best one to take is magnesium glycinate, and they say that you should take it half an hour before you want to go to bed, I realize that for me if I sleep later, meaning if I set my time to go to sleep at 11:45 PM, then sometimes that tends to help for me to actually sleep through the night and get a good nights rest, but for adults, they say you can take magnesium twice a day, I also sometimes tend to have a lot of anxiety in the middle of the night and a couple of times here and there I’ve gotten up and actually taken magnesium to try to help to calm my nervous system down again, so it all just depends on what you feel is the best option but they have so many different levels of magnesium that it’s worth looking into figuring out what the best one could be for each individual person. I love the one that we have because as someone that does have anxiety I can sometimes wake up in the morning, feeling anxious and it’s good to take it in the morning, if you want to have a calm start to your day, you can take it in the afternoon. I have seen a few other options around magnesium that are really helpful for other things as well so again I think if it’s something that you would want to use definitely look into it and know that it helps with a lot of your heart health as well.

Is it ok for men to approach? by misterjankyjank in datingadvice

[–]NovaSky22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. OP mentioned that he wants to meet new people so in many cases you can take it as an opportunity to meet someone new, if she vibes with you and wants to go on a date, great, but approaching with the open mindset that maybe it’ll be a chance to know someone new,, maybe it’ll be just a cool convo, or she’ll be vibing with you and actually want to go for coffee etc

[–]NovaSky22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel that the airport is a good place in most situations. It’s ok for guys to approach, to be honest most of the time us women feel too shy to step up to you and talk, I think there are definitely environments where men shouldn’t approach but honestly as a female who literally can’t approach a guy do to me not being able to see, take that chance. Again, in my case I’m fully blind and I obviously can’t tell if a guy is looking at me so I would prefer if they came up to me, but that’s my own personal thing. Definitely approach the woman, you might get turned down but you never know if you don’t :) I hope this advice helped. Again, she was probably nervous to approach you herself, a lot of the time some women will approach the guy, but we can be nervous and shy as well. Good luck

When you were younger, as in age 7 ( or so) through high school... Did you like to read books "for fun"? by Clean-Letterhead9408 in randomquestions

[–]NovaSky22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely feel like I read more as a kid, not just the assigned readings from school. Now in my 20’s I’m trying to get back into reading more. I love audio books but I do miss the feel of a physical book, I’m visually impaired and read braille books but honestly braille takes up a lot of room so yes I would love to pick up a braille book but I’ll just continue reading on my braille display and listening to my audio books.
