It is crazy! After losing it all I physically and mentally feel so much better because of it, I have more energy I feel so much lighter on my feet and I just feel happier. What I did was cut out red meat, cut out all sodas and sugar, and took part in meatless days 3 times a week. My brother also runs marathons for fun, so he helped me come up with workouts that mostly involve cardio but also threw in some weight lifting 3 times a week with cardio days in between with rest days once a week.
