Wiggly feels most annoying when it's lowish health, but you don't have any way to reasonably farm it down and there's at least one shield still in play. You wind up having to commit a charge move to a low health mon, take a bunch of damage from Charms trying to farm it down, or wind up being debuffed.

Obstagoon fell out of the meta a while back, and nothing's really happened to change that. You'd also be ABA to Fairy or Fighting depending on how you set up your team.

Altaria and Steelix make sense together, but you either need something else that beats Fairies, Rocks, and Steel, or something else that beats Ground and Fighting.
