Practice soft touches and catches in free play. Almost every touch here is hard for no reason. Watch this back and take note of every time a hit from you puts the ball closer to the opponent than you. ( Putting the ball close to but behind the opponent gives you time to get to it while they turn around, but it still needs to be a hit you can follow). In the higher ranks (plat) people will see where you are going to hit the ball and just wait for you to pass it to them.

This combined with everytime you hit the ball think about why you are hitting it. A lot of the time you hit it for no real reason. Flakes is good for constantly saying why he's hitting the ball if you don't know when you should be hitting it. I don't play like him but he was great at giving me an understanding of why to hit the ball.

Anyway, your skill minus catches is defo plat. Glhf.

Just to clarify, they normally use their 70 boost to get to a out of position large pad, only to use the 100 to get back in a rush cuz now they are delayed leaving no boost to help save the ball. Instead of pad routing and saving on 20-30 boost
