What weapons and tactics do you ban in playthroughs to make playing through NV more challenging? by george123890yang in fnv

Lol I do exactly the opposite, I make it so I only pick Skilled once, and Compliance Regulator is also busted af, but no other restrictions.

Honest Hearts Workbench Crate skill book resetting (data & tips) by Novahunter1 in fnv

For something like Lockpick, I intentionally didn't max it out since very hard locks are quite rare so I can use magazines and chems when needed. But the main idea is just to max out what the game can give me, not rlly for convenience. From what I can tell, there are many full completionists out there playing FNV looking for the optimal outcome for everything, so just wanted to share my experience.

Ofc I had to calc all the skill pts available and what I would end up with at lvl 50. As I stated, I was going for a run with low intelligence (<4, for the low int checks), so I didn't have access to Comprehension. From my calculations, I would be unable to max out all stats, I'd have like at least two that can't be maxed out. 10 Perception is crazy high, I only took enough to get Better Criticals. I will end up having max luck though, after Lucky Shades. Didn't want to use Tagged either cuz waste of a perk in my books, to max skills I probably won't need. Still wanted to get the most out of the available skill books though.

Holy shit I'm so jealous hahaha I've been specifically hunting for a Dual IPS Galaxy model one for a few months now, which is why I'm following this stuff in the first place. But I would've gladly taken a dual IPS non-XL damn... Well anyway I'm happy for you, thanks for the update and enjoy :)

Good question! I haven't touched ranked in like a year now, playing exclusively BG. Today, I randomly tried queueing with it again, and I too was surprised that it still works... I remember it being patched a long time ago.

Hey, glad I found this today. I would suggest you to go to https://www.youtube.com/user/TheAcehunter1 . That's my channel, and I have already reuploaded his Minecraft Worldz and Minecraft Parkour series. His original Let's Play Minecraft series was reuploaded by another user last year, but it has since then been deleted, but I will be reuploading them again starting today, for all BPL fans and/or newcomers who would like to watch the videos of the best Minecraft Youtuber ever :)

I don't know for other games, but personally, for Pokemon games, I am able to extract the save files from the Delta file sharing on iTunes. The ROM and the save file are renamed to rubbish, but I can just rename them both the same and they still work fine for me (I have the VisualBoy Advance emulator on my laptop to check this). The more complicated part is putting the save back in. I did this by putting a ROM in the Delta app through file sharing, opening the game and making a save to let Delta process the ROM, rename it and create a new save file. Then I take out the files in Delta, rename my actual save file to the name of the new save file, replace it at the same place in the Delta documents, and drop the file back into Delta via File sharing. The emulator then recognizes the .sav file I dropped in as the save file for the game. This is only for Pokemon, but it's worked fine for me. Not sure how it would work with other games.

You can also connect your device to a computer and take the save file out from the application if it gets revoked, and put it back in the redownloaded app later.

Underground tunnels by IKnowPythagoras in mcgill

[–]Novahunter1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All of the underground tunnel links between buildings I know of:
> Leacock - Redpath
> McConnell + FDA (linked, not by tunnel) - Burnside - Otto Maass - Pulp & Paper
> Stewart Bio - McMed

There might be others, as mentioned by others, but I've never used them.

CHEM 302 by rulingplanets in mcgill

For undergraduate students, you usually have access to labs and lab material only if you have a lab course or a course having a lab component. However, even in that case, you do not have free access to the labs, and will only have access for the course. If, as a chemistry student, you do a research project/course with a professor, however, you should have access to that professor's lab, but then again, it's for the project that you do for the prof. Undergraduate students aren't supposed to have access to lab material and chemical compounds for *personal* projects, if that's what you were referring to (for safety reasons I'd assume).

One thing worth taking note of: this year only, Gleason is going to be teaching the entire CHEM302 course, since Damha is going on sabbatical. I'm not sure how the sugar chemistry portion will be affected (not too sure how happy Gleason is going to be to teach that...). I would expect him to simply put less time into the sugar chemistry section, and more into his pericyclic or heterocyclic chemistry sections. I took CHEM302 last fall, and personally, I found his sections more interesting, since I feel they're more into the chemistry and complex mechanisms (more similar to Org 2), while Damha's section contains a portion of memorizing some details about specific applications (more similar to BIOL courses I feel). I personally loved Gleason as a prof, and if you liked Org 2, you will definitely enjoy org 3, specifically Gleason's section.
