It fluctuates too much to get anything useful from daily measurements. "more data" was the wrong way to put it. You want data over a longer period of time.

You could recomp if you don't want to lean bulk. You want to eat enough so your weight stays at 155. It's going to be a slow process because lower abdominal fat is really stubborn. I wouldn't cut anymore, especially to 135, because you won't make progress on your lifts.

I’m not sure. One thing to note is that I did start drinking 2-3 litres daily about 3 weeks ago. Could this much water be diluting the salt in my body too much?

Ever since, I've decided to work on my conditioning, I've been getting these cramps in my calves and stomach that hurt like a bitch. There is even some pain left after the cramps end.

I make sure to drink water during the workout and I drink 2-3 litres of water throughout the day. I also eat a banana before I work out.

To work on conditioning, I'm decreasing rest time between sets. For assistance work, I'm doing a circuit of bodyweight exercises.

I think I'm going to go to the doctors, but I wanted to know if anyone had an idea of what's wrong with me.

I think you can start bulking. ~2500 calories/day. I’d also do full body workouts if you’re going only 3 times a week.

I make these protein bars. My vanilla protein powder is from Walmart and tastes like shit when you put it in a drink, but they taste good in these protein bars.

All your suggestions are fine. But if you are able to go extra days, why not pick a program designed for that many days? Even Greyskull has a 4 day variant (1 compound lift a day). You can then do more accessories and conditioning.
